| Abstract | 對莫高窟第76窟八塔變相中第三初轉法輪塔、第五給孤獨園塔中的三佛圖像,學界有"三身佛"和"千佛化現"兩種認識,本文通過對笈多朝至波羅朝時期相關造像題材的比較研究,認為二塔中三佛圖像表現的都是"舍衛城神變千佛化現"的題材內容。
The image of the Three-Buddhas represented in the Buddha’s first preaching scene on the third and the Jetavananathapin-dikarama scene in the fifth to the Eight Pagoda Illustrations are commonly known as either Trikaya"The threefold body of Buddha"or"Transformation of a Thousand Buddhas"in the academic circle.Based on a comparative study of the relevant icon themes from Gupta to Pala dynasties,this article pointed out that the Three-Buddhas was a presentation to the theme of"the Great Miracle at Cravasti". |
