Abstract | 球幕形狀接近于石窟,基于球幕的虛擬石窟表現是目前大型沉浸式展示最合適的方案。然而,球幕圖像屬于異型圖像,難以利用相機拍攝獲取,如何建立石窟的準確逼真的石窟三維模型并基于數字模型合成石窟球幕圖像是一個挑戰。本研究針對此問題,以莫高窟第196窟和285窟為例,采用激光掃描技術建石窟三維數據模型,結合高精度紋理影像,建立逼真數字石窟模型,并實現高精度球幕圖像的制作,本方法已經在敦煌研究院的球幕試驗中得到應用。
A dome has a round shape like grottoes,so it is the most appropriate solution for immersive display of the Mogao grottoes.However,it is difficult to capture the images of irregular shapes by camera.Mostly,the dome image is creating by rendering a high-precision digital model.How to create photorealistic high-precision grotto models is a big challenge.In this research,a laser scanner was used to establish a high-precision 3D grotto model in caves 196 and 285.Combined with high-resolution texture images,a realistic digital cave model can be created.A large dome image is achieved by rendering of this model with a virtual fish-eye lens.This approach proposed has been applied in the dome project of Dunhuang Academy. |
