| Abstract | 面對旅游開放熱給遺產地帶來的挑戰,敦煌研究院的探索和實踐之所以成功,一個重要的因素就在于莫高窟的管理體制始終未變:有一個依法設立的保管機構;能夠履行法律賦予的職責和義務;能夠制訂并實施長遠的發展規劃不動搖;能夠聚集協調國內外多學科專家為文物保護和旅游開放的提升、進步作出貢獻。
The Dunhuang Academy has been successful in confronting challenges caused by opening cultural heritage sites to tourists mainly because its cultural heritage system has remained unchanged. This ensures that there is always a legally established administrative institution able to fulfill the responsibilities and duties imposed by law, to establish and implement a long-term development plan, and to gather domestic and international experts in different fields to promote and improve cultural heritage conservation and tourism. |
