Abstract密雲圓悟是明代佛教臨濟宗的中興者,一生重在說法逗機,接引眾生無數。圓悟說法,不僅重在禪宗,而且充滿了對法運的關懷,將戒律清規的思想融入其中。傳統道德觀強調尊卑有序,仁義孝道的思想,禪宗則將道德放在了人之必修的第一位,強調出家人的基本品格。只有在獲得的宗教的解脫,即明心見性之後,才能有道德。因此,在禪師的眼裡,道德沒有解脫重要。圓悟鼓勵僧人要有勇於擔當的精神,強調因惠而德,由德而惠的禪宗特有的道德觀,其所做的標杆作用,給後來中國佛教禪宗影響之大,中國佛教江浙和西南的禪宗,都被他的影響所覆蓋,天下歸禪焉。

Master MiYunYuanWu is the Buddha revivalist of Rinzai Zen in Ming Dynasty, and he spent his entirely life to do missionary work, play eloquent, and made numerous believers become Buddhists. The way of Master Yuanwu spoke the dharma is not only focus on the Zen but also care about the destiny of Buddha , moreover, he integrated the thought of monastic rules into it. The traditional moral concept emphasizes the pecking order and the beings' required course in Zen, and it emphasizes the personal quality of monks. Master Yuanwu encouraged Buddhists bravely take responsibilities, and emphasized the unique Zen moral values of having morality due to the prajna, and because of that, it played an important role and influenced later Chinese Buddha Zen a lot. Thanks to Master YuanWu, the Chinese Buddha Zen in JiangSu province, Zhejiang province and Western South are all influenced by him, and overall, so whole China is.
