Abstract本文係透過對禪宗四祖道信禪師《入道安心要方便法門》義理之理解,探討其思想內涵,以及行持的實踐方法,以了解道信禪師(AD580年-651年)的核心思想。並透過三祖僧璨(北魏~隋,西元六世紀初 ~ 606年)、五祖弘忍(AD602年-675年)之思想與實踐,來了解道信可能之思想傳承。再者,從道信對如來藏、般若等佛教義理之融合,以及般若與念佛行持之融攝等,來了解道信如何將其他宗派之思想與行持結合於禪宗之修持體證。因此,本文先就道信的生平事蹟與著作等進行探討,其次則分別從心性論、修持論、體悟論等方向來理解《入道安心要方便法門》的義理思想,以了解道信是否從不同的角度來論及禪宗的法要宗旨,並以此等作為禪宗修持過程的方便之法。在本研究中發現,道信透過各宗經論來幫助行者對禪法與實踐方法的理解,由此可知道信對佛教義理的理解是打破宗派的藩籬,顯示出各宗經論的核心思想皆是相同,但為了因應眾生根基之差異,必須從不同的角度、深度、廣度去切入。而道信在《入道安心要方便法門》中所提到的「念佛」論述,則是適用於利根眾生的念佛方法,此種念佛方法其實不異於禪修的實踐與體證。而在《入道安心要方便法門》當中,則是以「一行三昧」之念佛方法作為連結如來藏、佛性思想與般若思想之實際行持。

This article is based on the understanding of MasterDaoxin’s “The Suitable Method of Attaining Contemplation and Enlightened of Mind”.Explore its thoughts and practice methods to understand the core ideas of the masterDaoxin.And through the thoughts and practices of the Thirdpatriarch Sengcan and the Fifthpatriarch Hongren, we can understand the possible transmission of the thoughts of Daoxin.Furthermore, from Daoxin explained the similar meaning of Tathāgatagarbha and Prajñā el., and the practice with Prajñā and Buddha-dhātu. We can understand the master of Daoxin how to combined theother schools doctrine of buddhismto Zen.Therefore, at first this article to explore the life story and writings of Daoxin. Secondly, from the perspectives of theMind-nature Theory, Self-cultivation Theory, and Realized Theory, thus we can understand the philosophy of “The Suitable Method of Attaining Contemplation and Enlightened of Mind”.And able to understand whether or not Daoxin discusses the essential principles of Zen from different perspectives, use this as a suitable method for the practice of Zen.In this study, it was discovered that through various philosophies, Daoxin helped practitioners understand meditation and practical methods. From this, it can be seen that the understanding of Buddhism of Daoxin is to break the sectarian barrier.This shows that the core ideas of all the Sutras are the same, but in order to respond to the differences in the roots of all beings, we must cut in from different perspectives, depths, and breadths.However, Daoxin’s discussion of “Buddha-remembrance” mentioned in “The Suitable Method of Attaining Contemplation and Enlightened of Mind” is a method that applies to highly realized sentient beings.This kind method of “Buddha-remembrance” is actually not different from the practice and realize of meditation.And in the “The Suitable Method of Attaining Contemplation and Enlightened of Mind”, is used theBuddha-remembrance ofEkavyūha-Samādhias a practice method of linking Tathāgatagarbha, Buddha-dhātu and Prajñā.
