Abstract 古心如馨律師座下大會永海律師入京住持憫忠寺,大弘戒法,在北京分燈廣濟寺、潭柘寺等處,形成以憫忠寺為首的憫忠系律宗傳戒系統。雍正十二年(1734),憫忠寺勅改為法源寺,詔江蘇寶華山千華派文海福聚律師(1686—1765)為法源寺住持,傳授戒法,遂開法源寺千華派律系傳承。文海福聚之前,千華一系法脈的檀波性證律師(1659—1721)住持北京鼓樓的瑞應寺,也有較大影響。清代北京律宗的發展特點是以傳戒、講戒為核心,在律學傳承上早期仍然依原剃度時的派系流傳,文海福聚則依據律學授受脈絡的傳持,為千華派定下字派譜系,確立了律宗系統的派系傳承。北京佛寺千餘座,但真正有能力致力於傳戒、講戒的寺院不多,僅僅法源寺、潭柘寺、拈花寺、廣化寺等數座而已。清代北京寺院傳戒所用的傳戒儀軌現存九種版本,憫忠、千華兩系皆有,但都不同程度的受到千華派見月讀體律師《傳戒正範》的影響。
