| Abstract | 肅南上石壩河石窟是一處地處偏遠的小型石窟,很少有人知道它的存在。近年來由於對西遊記壁畫的關注,這處石窟才逐漸進入人們的視野。本文以第3窟中的壁畫為研究對象,首次對壁畫的空間分佈、題材選擇、情節內容做了詳細、全面的闡釋與研究。不僅解讀出了所有的西遊記壁畫,還分辨出了觀音救難等畫面。在此基礎上又對壁畫的題材組合、內容與形式的關系、營建意圖和壁畫反映的社會思想狀況做了初步探討。
Though the Shangshibahe Grottoes in Sunan are so small and remote that few people know they exist, due to the popularity of the murals describing the Chinese Buddhist story of the Journey to the West they contain this grotto has been gradually gained in popularity in recent years. This paper attempts to interpret the murals in cave 3 for the first time by studying the spatial distribution, theme selection, and contents of the murals in detail. The authors have not only identified all the scenes pertaining to Journey to the West, but also discovered several murals about Avalokite vara rescuing people from disaster. On the basis of these analyses, the paper puts forth a preliminary discussion on the combination of themes, the relationship between content and form,the intention behind the caves’ construction, and the social ideology implied in the murals. |
