Abstract | 榆林窟第2窟正壁中間繪文殊變,其上方為涅槃圖,兩側為救八難圖。關于這些圖像的組合關系,一直沒有合理的解釋。本文在實地考察的基礎上,對圖像的細節進行了一一解讀,認為這些圖像應是以五臺山文殊為中心,將《文殊師利般涅槃經》和《文殊真實名經》的相關內容組合到一起,反映出當時文殊信仰與社會現實密切結合的歷史事實。
In the center of the main wall in cave 2 of the Yulin Grottoes is an illustration of Manjusri flanked by eight scenes of Avalokitesvara rescuing people from various troubles, above which is a scene of nirvana, the combination of which has received no reasonable explanation to date. Based on field investigation, this paper interprets the details of these images one by one and comes to the conclusion that these images present a combination of episodes from the Sutra of Manjusri Nirvana and Sutra of the True Name of Manjusri and are centered on Mt.Wutai. This reflects the historical fact that Manjusri belief at that time was closely associated with social reality. |
