| Abstract | 莫高窟晚唐時期第12窟畫有8鋪經變,其中北壁西側的華嚴經變保存較為完好。依據殘存的部分榜題,文章對經變的內容進行了考察,確定該經變主要依據實叉難陀譯《大方廣佛華嚴經》繪制,並對屏風中繪制的五十三參圖像進行了辨識,確定了多數情節。
There are 8 sutra illustrations in Late Tang dynasty cave 12 at Mogao. Among them the Avatamsaka sutra illustration is very well preserved. An examination of the contents of the sutra illustration suggests that it was painted according to the Buddhāvatamsaka-mahāvaipulya-sūtra by Siksananda. This paper also presents a study on the images of the 53 Pilgrimages of Sudhana painted in the screen-paintings found in cave 12 and identifies the scriptural sources of many of the depicted scenes. |
