Abstract | The research of buddhism during Ming Dynasty, which start from Sheng Yen, which was a successful beginning of academia. This study will examine the interaction between the inner palace, the eminent monk and the literati in the late Ming Dynasty, especially focus on the necessity of the eminent monk combining with the literati, whose faith life has an impact on political life. Among them all, planning publishing Tripitaka in book style (方册 藏), also name as Jiaxing Tripitaka (嘉興藏), was a successful cooperation between elite doctors and eminent monks in late Ming Dynasty. The moment of publishing, carved by the site selection, application and maintenance, and later younger connection etc. are vividly depicted in late Ming Dynasty and the activity of communication. |
