The Yunmen School, one of five schools of Zen Buddhism, was the most popular sect in the Song Dynsty. The "Three Sentences of Yunmen "is often the object of concern by the academic circle, but the concept of "two ills",another proposition of Yunmen,is rarely discussed. The "two ills"of includes the"ill of light-free"which concerns itself about emptiness, and the ill of Dharmakaya which concern itself with the clinging to the self.
