Abstract중산은 『사분의극략사기』 「입분부동문」에서 4분이 2분으로, 3분으로, 4분으로, 그 리고 1분으로 포섭될 수 있다는 것을 순서대로 보여주고 있다. 이 논문에서는 4분이 2분으로 포섭된다는 것을 논한 전의 논문에 이어 3분으로, 4분으로, 1분으로 포섭된 다는것을밝히고있다. 중산은호법과규기를따라3분에서는세가지이증과교증 을, 4분에서는 두 가지 이증과 교증을, 1분에서는 교증을 제시하며 이를 설명하고 있 다. 3분의이증을논할때는자증분이상분과견분의소의가되고, 기억가능성의조 건이 되고, 양과가 된다는 것을 입증하고, 4분의 이증을 논할 때는 증자증분이 자증 분을 증(證)하고, 양과가 된다는 것을 증명하고 있다. 한편 교증을 논할 때는 3분과 4분과 1분을 논하는 곳 모두에서 일체의 법들이 유루식인 일식으로 포섭된다고 주장하면서, 일식(一識)을 식을 여의지 않음으로 이해하고 이 일식에 진여와 무루종자를 포함시킨다. 이는, 만법이 생할 때 자증분과 증자증분에 의해 직관되는 동시에 만법 이 일식에서 생한다는 것을 아는 순간 홀연 진여를 증득하는 무분별지가 일어난다는 것을 드러내기 위해서이다.

This paper elucidates Junsan's claim that the theory on the four parts of the mind can be the theory on the three parts of the mind or the one part of the mind. Junsan explains the self-awareness, the awareness of the self-awareness, and the one consciousness by means of both the demonstration based on the right thinking and the demonstration based on Buddha's teaching. In the case of dealing with the three parts of the mind, by means of the demonstration based on the right thinking, he claims that the self-awareness is the basis of the object and act of the consciousness, the condition of the ability of remembering, the result of the cognizing. By means of dealing with the demonstration of Buddha's teaching, he insists that the awareness of the self-awareness intuits the self-awareness, and it is the result of the cognizing. In the case of dealing with the one consciousness, by means of the demonstration based on Buddha's teaching, he asserts that the three parts of the mind, the four parts of the mind can be included into one consciousness. Suchness and the non-defiled seeds can be included into this one consciousness, defining the one consciousness as that which nothing is deviated from. When every phenomenon appears from the one consciousness, the self-awareness intuits the act of the consciousness, and it means that when we realize that every phenomenon appears from the one consciousness, we already get the insight into the suchness.
