Abstract | 本文透過對南懷瑾及「十方禪林」方丈首愚弘法的重要開示及實證體悟出版刊物之研讀,整理並解析當代弘傳准提法門之道場−−十方禪林,其實踐方法之精要與特點。論文分兩階段論述:「南懷瑾說法准提」與「首愚弘法准提」。「南懷瑾說法准提」,首先解析十方禪林創建之初南懷瑾以三密為核心對准提實踐方法的闡釋,繼之以探討十方准提儀軌分別與道㲀《顯密圓通成佛心要集》(略稱《成佛心要》)、 與藏密、與唐密儀軌間之比較分析;「首愚弘法准提」則側重法師以其多年禪觀經驗所提點之准提修持關鍵,並論及法師于 2019 年推陳出之「真言九要」。研究結果顯示:十方准提儀軌是南懷瑾在《成佛心要》准提修持架構的基礎上,對觀想內容作調整,並融合藏密圓滿次地與禪宗大澈大悟精神所新編;是「空」「有」雙融的「中道觀」法門,是阿賴耶識起修、轉識成智的快速法門,是簡中之簡、具獨部法思想的般若法門。首愚弘法准提時,則是在南懷瑾三密相應的基礎上,概括准提修持為「兩觀一唸」及以中醫之身體觀來作准提修持原理的解說。「兩觀一唸」強調般若慧觀及金剛唸誦是准提修持之關鍵;而中醫身體觀之五行臟腑經絡及命門說,是法師應用於解明准提修持之理論。「真言九要」則是一個供准提行者參照之准提修證指引。透過南懷瑾與首愚對准提修持重點的解析,除了有助於行者了解與掌握十方准提法之細節與要領;亦明顯呈現,隨著時間的推移及首愚禪觀體驗的深化,十方准提之修持雖然仍遵循三密相應原則,但是重點強調般若慧觀、金剛念誦,以及應用中醫身體觀及命門說解明准提修持原理。
This study aims to explore the essence and characteristics of the practices of the “ Ten-Direction Buddhist Community”, which is known as a “Dharma Center” propagating the Cundi Dharma Gate of the day, by analyzing the commentary and teachings published by NanHuaijin and ShouYu, respectively. Two topics are addressed in this study as“NanHuaijin's Teaching Cundi-Dharma”and“ShouYu’s propagating Cundi-Dharma”. One is to analyze what the NanHuaijin's interpretation of the practices aligning with the three mysteries at the beginning of the “Dharma Center”established, following by comparison of the rituals between the“Dharma Center” with the famous Liao dynasty uddhist work“the Essentials of Becoming a Buddha by harmonizing of Sutra and Tantra”(known as “Essentials for becoming a Buddha”), with the Tibetan Buddhism, and with the Tang Dynasty Esotericism. The other focuses on the key elements of the practice raised by ShouYu with his years of experience in meditation, as well as discussing the "Nine Essentials of Mantra" introduced by the Master in 2019. The conclusion of the study shows that the ritual of this “Dharma enter” is a one newly compiled by NanHuaijin on the practice framework addressed in “ Essentials for Becoming a Buddha”,by adjusting the visualization process and integrating the Tibetan Completion Stage with the great enlightenment spirit of the Chan Sect. It’s the“Middle-Path View”that merge“Nonbeing”with“Being”, a fast way practicing on Alaya to transform knowledge into wisdom, an easier practice method with Prajñā-Thought inside. When propagating the Dharma, ShouYu summarized the practice of Cundi as“Two Visualizations and One Recitation”based on three mysteries and explained the practice theory according to the body concept of Traditional Chinese Medicine (abbreviated as TCM).“Two Visualizations and One Recitation”emphasizes that both Prajna Wisdom View and Vajra Recitation are the keys to Cundi's practice; and the TCM’s body concept concerning Five Phases, Five Viscus, Six Bowels, and Life Gage is the elements applied by the Master to explain Cundi's practice. And“Nine Essentials of Mantra”is a guidance for Cundi's practitioners to refer to. Accordingly, this study results can help us not only better know how to practice the Cundi Dharma of this “Dharma Center”, but also see the changing over time from NanHuaijin to ShouYu, especially on the practice method. |
