AbstractThe research is motivated by social problems that occur in the community related to criminal acts that violate Five Precepts. Researcher identify problems offense, among others: the view of some people who think that there is no life after this life, there is no law of kamma applicable, a lack of understanding of Buddhists against Buddhist teachings relating to the law of kamma that can be implemented to improve the implementation of the precepts. The method used in this research are literature review with qualitative descriptive approach. The conclusion from this study is understanding the values in Kamma act as a motivator in changing the behavior of the implementation of the principles in everyday life. Improved execution of the precepts can be pursued through a number of ways including by implementing puja, dana, practicing meditation and implementation Pancasila. Life of Beings in the future is determined by the attitudes, behaviors and actions done in the past and the present. Therefore it is necessary to implant moral values to generation of Buddhists as the next generation who will maintain and preserve the Buddha’s teachings in this universe.
