| Abstract | Kegiatan PkM bagi Garda Muda FKPBTI dan pemuda Vihara Buddhis Tamil dilatarbelakangi dibutuhkannya kompetensi agar Forum Kepemimpinan Pemuda Buddhis Tamil Indonesia (FKPBTI) dapat menjadi institusi yang berperan penting terhadap kreaitiftas umat Buddha Tamil oleh tim Pengabdian Masyarakat STAB Bodhi Dharma Medan. Metode pelaksanaan PkM diselenggarakan dengan upaya pendampingan dengan menggunakan metode ceramahdan diskusi oleh tim Pengabdian Masyarakat STAB Bodhi Dharma selama pelatihan keorganisasian, kepemimpinan, serta administrasi.Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi tanggapan peserta diketahui bahwa adanya peningkatan pemahamandalam berorganisasi, kepemimpinan dan mampu mengelola administrasi di organisasi Garda Muda FKPBTI dan pemuda Vihara Buddhis Tamil.
The activities for Garda Muda FKPBTI and Tamil Buddhist Vihara youth are based on the need for competence so that the Forum Kepemimpinan Pemuda Buddhis Tamil Indonesia (FKPBTI) can become an institution that plays an important role in the creativity of Tamil Buddhists by STAB Bodhi Dharma Medan PkM team. The PkM implementation method is carried out with mentoring efforts using the lecture and discussion method by the STAB Bodhi Dharma Community Service team during organizational, leadership, and administrative training. Based on the results of the evaluation of participants' responses, it was found that there was an increase in understanding in organization, leadership and being able to manage administration in the Garda Muda FKPBTI organization and the Tamil Buddhist Vihara youth. |
