| Abstract | Kondisi traumatis akibat peristiwa yang mengancam jiwa dapat memberikan pengaruhnegative pada kehidupan seseorang apabila tidak segera diatasi.Kondisi yang terjadi sering disebut sebagai PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), apabila dibiarkan berlarut-larut dapat menimbulkan gangguan baik fisiologis maupun psikologis dari korban yang mengalami trauma. Kondisi ini dialami oleh warga salah satu desa di Nusa Tenggara Barat yang mengalami kerusuhan antar dusun yang menyebabkan mereka mengalami trauma sehingga sebagian tidak berani pulang dan mengganggu aktivitas kehidupan sehari-hari. Tim trauma Healingkerja sama dari WANDANI (Wanita Theravada Indonesia) dan STAB Bodhi Dharma bergerak cepat kurang lebih 2 minggu setelah kejadian traumatis untuk memberikan layanan. Metode terapi yang digunakan yaitu The Heart technique (THT®), ciptaan dari Dr. Dr. Adi W. Gunawan, ST., M.Pd., sudah terbukti membantu ratusan ribu orang sejak diluncurkan pada tahun 2018. Metode ini dapat diaplikasikan secara massal melalui bimbingan khusus dari pencipta nya, sehingga proses trauma healingdapat berjalan lancar dan sesuai dengan waktu yang direncanakan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari kembalinya penduduk beraktivitas dan merencanakan menyelenggarakan perayaan Waisak yang sebelumnya tidak terpikirkan oleh mereka.

The trauma Healing team in collaboration with WANDANI (Wanita Theravada Indonesia) and STAB Bodhi Dharma moved quickly approximately 2 weeks after the traumatic event to provide services. The therapeutic method used is The Heart technique (ENT®), created by Dr. Dr. Adi W. Gunawan, ST., M.Pd., has been proven to help hundreds of thousands of people since its launch in 2018. This methodcan be applied en masse through special guidance from its creator, so that the trauma healing process can run smoothly and according to the time specified. planned. This is evidenced by the return of residents to their activities and plans to hold Vesak celebrations that they had not previously thought of. |
