Abstract | The paper discusses the life and activities of Rgyal sras Blo bzang bstan pa’i sgron me and his contribution to the development of Tibetan Buddhism in Monyul region, a geographic zone encompassing the Tawang and West Kameng districts in the state of Arunachal Pradesh, India. The paper also observes the activities of the Lama in the cross-border contacts. The study is based on textual sources and the fieldwork results. |
