Abstract 六朝時期,漢語中觀學經歷了一形態之演化,其特別體現在"否定"性思維的表達樣態上。印度龍樹中觀學爲對治部派阿毗達摩學對"法"之概念分析,區別了假名/戲論,將"空"義之掘發落實于對"語言"指稱"自性義"的批判,而漢語中觀學在漢語"名學"傳統的潛在影響下,對語言的批判側重于"語用"學維度,即揭示"語言"對"實相"指示/識別(知)能力的有限性。僧肇之學關注對偽號/真名的區分,成實學則揭示"假名"之概念化機制,將"真諦"亦納入"假名"之範圍,而吉藏更以"二諦但爲言教",最徹底地貫徹了語用學原則。六朝漢語中觀學對"語言"之"能力"問題的探討似借"佛學"之形式演繹了一個由孔子到莊子的思想脈絡。
