Abstract歐陽竟無的“空有無爭”說,為了貫通大乘法相與小乘法相,擴充“法相”的內涵,把遍計所執性納入“法相”的系統,造成唯識宗所要遣除的絕無的實體法,與幻有的緣起法、實有的無為法同時并存,從而產生不可調和的形式邏輯的自相矛盾。為了貫通大乘法相與法性,以實相、體相、總相等概念,把實相、真如等同于法相,重新造成唯識宗正智證真如的理論中,真如成為相分而無法被親證的矛盾。貫通大小乘法相、貫通法相與法性的思想依據,是“體用簡別”思想,這一思想中的無為法之體與有為法之用之間,構成了絕對靜止的本體與絕對運動的現象同時并存的形式邏輯的自相矛盾。總之,“空有無爭”說在無體法與有體法、無相與有相、無為法與有為法之間,造成了三重無法調和的矛盾。
