| Abstract | To begin with this short research note on the life date of dGe ’dun chos ’phel (hereafter GC shall be used for dGe ’dun chos ’phel), I shall deal in three sections. The first section shall discuss the refutation of the wrong dates. The second shall be the presentation of the accurate life date of GC. The third section shall deal with the clarifications.
It is necessary to locate the correct life date of a historical person to understand the person and his activities in whole. Therefore, in this note I shall try to locate the exact life date of GC, as we see several different life dates for GC. And none of the birth dates mentioned so far seems to be accurate. |
