Abstract武周時期,大乘佛學思想借助古絲綢之路得以傳播,影響了以長安為代表的京畿文化和以東都洛陽為代表的都畿文化,對當時的士人文心產生了深刻影響,其中尤以"沈宋"為代表的在河洛地區成長起來、又在長安為官的宮廷文人最為典型,特別是武則天崇信佛教,帶領宮廷文人一起參與宗教活動,吟詩唱和,使佛理更加深入士人文心。可以說,沒有她在掌權的半個世紀裡採取的一系列崇佛重文的措施作為鋪墊,不會有張說所描繪的文壇局面,更不會有即將到來的盛唐文學高峰。

During the Wu Zhou Reign,Mahayana’s Buddhist thought was spread from the ancient Silk Road and influenced the capital city culture represented by Chang’an and Luoyang, which had a profound impact on the humanistic spirit of the scholars at that time. Especially Wu Zetian believed in Buddhism, who led the court literati to participate in religious activities and compose poems, so as to deepen the Buddhist philosophy into their heart. It can be said that there would be no such splendid literary situation described by Zhang Yue or the coming literary peak of the flourishing period of Tang Dynasty without a series of measures taken by Wu Zetian in the half century to worship Buddhism and emphasize literature as a foreshadowing.
