| Abstract | 〈概要〉『法華経』梵文写本にはギルギット・ネパール系と中央アジア系の２系統がある。しかし今日まで学界で用いられている所謂ケルン・南条校訂本は両系統の混交したテキストであり、その間の適正な区別は長く課題とされてきた。今後の梵文『法華経』研究には両系統それぞれの校訂本が求められる。本研究では『法華経』新校訂本の作成に向け、Gilgit 写本・Kashgar 写本・Farhād-Bēg 写本の精密画像に基づく新翻刻を提示する。今年度はFarhād-Bēg 写本に見られる如来寿量品冒頭を公開する。

There have been two groups of Sanskrit manuscripts of the Lotus Sutra: the Gilgit- Nepalese manuscripts and the Central Asian manuscripts. However, Kern-Nanjio’s edition used by scholars to date is the mixture version of these two groups, and there is a need for a new edition of each of these two groups. This study group tries to present a new transliteration of the Gilgit, Kashgar, and Farhād-Bēg manuscripts based on high- resolution digital images in order to prepare a new edition of Sanskrit version of the Lotus Sutra. In this paper we deal with the first part of Chapter XV Tathāgatāyuṿpramāṇa- parivartaḥ, in which all three manuscripts, including the Farhād-Bēg manuscript, are extant. |
