Abstract一切有部主張一切法剎那實有,剎那實有的法具有“取果”“與果”的因果效能而得以聚合、相續。但是僅依法的“取果”“與果”功能并不能解釋過去善惡業如何間隔長久時間而引生未來異熟果,即過去“與果”功能無法持續存有以聯結業果。經量部認為過去業“與果”功能經由先業所引“相續轉變差別”即隨界或種子而引生異熟果。一切有部否認了隨界或種子的實在性,而主張有一種名為“得”的不相應行蘊,能執持過去法的法體與有情相應;正是由于有情不失法之自體(自性),過去業“與果”功能得以滯留地持存,在未來世作為外緣令異熟果生起。“得”的剎那相續承當了聯結業果的紐帶。
