Abstract作爲佛教理論系統中的重要議題,“空有之爭”源於印度,在佛教傳入漢地後呈現爲不同於印度時期的形態,并在佛教近現代轉型過程中表現出不同以往的特質。作爲近代唯識學研究的巨匠,歐陽竟無的中觀學研究鮮有人論及,他對中觀與唯識之間的“空有之爭”的探究也未見有系統論述。本文從三個方面論述歐陽竟無關於“空有之爭”問題的思考:首先,歐陽竟無創設“龍樹法相學”,在意涵更爲廣闊的法相學基礎上融攝中觀學;其次,討論了空有兩宗的關鍵性範疇“二諦”與“三性”,其實質是用三性來詮解二諦以達到兩者的統一;最後,他以“兩宗一聖”的命題,闡明空有兩宗都以“非空非不空”爲宗,在所詮、所宗上實現了統一。
