Abstract本文在前人研究的基礎上,就六朝佛經義疏的?生及與之相關的一些有爭議的問題或尚未澄清的問題進行了探討,提出以下看法:義疏是?生於西晉末年的一種講經記錄,它最早為佛教講經傳法所創制採用,釋道安使之進一步完善成“三分科判”體式。儒家採用這一解經傳經方式是受佛教的影響。義疏的興起有兩個背景因素:一是當時的社會需要一種簡單通俗而又迅速便捷地吸收各種知識的傳授方法;二是佛教宣揚教旨、暢明經義的需要,加之佛教義學和儒家經學的求義求理思想的興起,使漢儒式的名物訓詁、口耳轉授的解經方式受到衝擊,“推類辨物”的新的注釋學思想與方法成為一種學界共識,此為義疏?生的學術背景。“表"和“演"是佛教講經宣教的兩種不同方式,前者與變文的?生有關,而後者與義疏的?生有關;講經文是齊梁之際從佛教義疏講經中分化出來的,是“轉讀”獨立後與“唱導”結合的?物,它承襲了佛經義疏講經的體式、是佛經義疏講經的通俗翻版;而因緣文則是更早從義就講經的“序因緣”分化出來的化俗方法,它以喝導為宣揚方式;因而,變文、講經文、因緣文從形式到內容都同義疏有著極為密切的關係,要講清變文、講經文、因緣文的?生及相互關係事就必須從佛經義疏的?生與演變去研究。
