| Abstract | 在中國歷史長期的王朝更迭中，幾乎不曾變化的主題，就是南方的農業民族與北方的遊牧民族，為著物資的爭奪而相互衝突。由於北方草原粗放式放牧生產，形成一元式的經濟體系，物資供需常易造成失衡，非常需要以掠奪或交易的方式，獲得南方生產的穀物、絲綢、鐵器、茶葉等物，而南方王朝在武力上不能與北方相抗的情勢下，經常是靠著建造綿延不絕的長城，恃關以守。這種南北對峙的局面就成為中國古來國防考量的基調。但是其中亦有少數的例外時期，滿清王朝就是其中之一。 |
