Abstract本論文透入華嚴宗法界觀之義理系統,將其基本觀念展示,以明「因門六義」之基礎前提,由是分析緣起之構成規則,以「即、入、攝」開展無盡緣起,遂將之應用於現象上之分析,由此而說明「六相圓融」,進而擴展外延,將之運用於存在上的分析,以「四法界」和「十玄門」來顯明緣起對偶性關係之圓融相即之性格。 至於判教觀方面,則將華嚴「五教」之架構清楚表明,並顯現其吸收前人判教之成果。本文的立場站在唐君毅先生和霍韜晦先生之表明華嚴宗圓教和天臺宗圓教乃是各有各圓,並且進而指出天臺宗有未及華嚴宗之處,由是回應了牟宗三先生之以天臺宗作為唯一真正之圓教之說法,最後反過來表明以華嚴宗之別教一乘圓教來攝判天臺宗之同教一乘圓教。 本文採取分析演繹和考察批判之方法論,遂檢視了華嚴宗系統內部之義理問題,既從語言分析而批判其「因門六義」之語意不定;亦由邏輯結構之分析而為其「真空觀」、「法界觀」作補足之工作,使之具備邏輯上的完整性;也揭示其「十」收之思維模式之局限;更評論了法藏「六相圓融」之偏離論證對偶性關係之相即不離之重心;又辯破傳統為新十玄門之改動理由,批判了澄觀之講法,更分析出「秘密隱顯俱成門」之違反圓融相即的精神。
