Abstract唐代飲食文化具有濃重的佛教色彩,受佛教飲食習俗影響極大。當時社會上食素者文泛存在,統治者甚至用法律條文加以約束,推行佛教齋月、齋日制;佛教文化深入人心,百姓入寺吃齋形成風氣;飲食品種崇尚用佛教術語命名。這些現象反映出當時佛教的盛行及對文化的影響,具有很強的時代特徵。研究這一論題,對我們更深入地理解佛教習俗對唐代文化影響的深度與廣度都有非常重要的意義。
