Abstract | 齋,對於佛教、道教、伊斯蘭教、基督教等宗教來說都是一種重要的禮儀,所不同的是,它們又都具有各自特定的含義;宗教食物禁忌緣於原始時代,系統宗教幾乎無不將食物禁忌當作它們諸多禁制中的主要內容。因此,一些食品在宗教飲食中也就具備了特殊的意義。
The practice of abstinence from meat is an important protocol for Buddhism, Taoism, Islamism, Christianity and other religions. What's the difference is they all have the specific implications of their own. The religious food taboo originated from the primitive times. All kinds of religions, almost without exception, take the food taboo as their one of many significant abstentions, therefore, some kinds of food get their special position in the religions food culture.
