| Abstract | 中國中古時期佛教的傳播發展使佛教寺院經濟成為社會經濟結構的組成部分之一，在與以王權為代表的世俗社會既統一又矛盾的狀態之中，並形成相互影響相互運動的利益關系。本文借用新制度經濟學制度變遷理論，試圖通過對中古寺院經濟形成，發展和其內部構成的剖析，來展示中古農業社會的某些特征。文章結構如下： 第一部分緒論，概括佛教寺院經濟研究狀況並對文中所引概念加以界定。 第二部分正文起始，論述佛教傳播過程中寺院經濟的發展，寺院經濟的主要來源，提出在中古社會中所處的特殊位置及其經濟來源多元性的特點。 第三部分正文，論述佛教寺院經濟經營方式的多樣性...
