| Abstract | 眾多的居士是中國佛教的基礎,以居士身份學習研究的律學,且稱為居士戒律學。雖然小乘律學一般被視為教內秘學,但在“方便”的前提下,這條禁令對中國士大夫而言,形同虛設,熟悉戒律,甚至以律學見長的居士,歷代都有。士大夫們對戒律的鉆研,及由此形成的思想見解,也是中國戒律學的一個重要方面。居士律學的發展,說明佛教畢竟是社會中的宗教,佛教內部的戒律必然會跟其外部社會的各種約束規範千絲萬縷地交織在一起,相互影響並促使著對方的演變。
The large number of lay Buddhists forms the basis of Chinese Buddhism.The religious disciplines studied by those in the capacity of lay Buddhists are referred to as lay Buddhists'Commandments.The commandment of Little Vehicle(a school of Buddhism)had practically no effects on scholar-officials in imperial times,although it was regarded,on the whole,as a secret religious discipline of Buddhism. |
