Abstract本論文是以智者「中道實相」為論證主軸,以「中道實相即一切法,一切法即中道實相」之論證義理架構,彰顯出其所蘊涵之圓滿微妙教義之展現與實現。經由對智者相關之經論義理之論證推演,本論文欲建構與開展出六重義理論證進路,進至如下之預期與展望:一、首先,以「智者對「中道實相」之詮釋與運用」為主題,由於「中道實相」具備了圓合一切法教之無限寬廣義理特質。是故,本論文欲將「中道實相」的義理,作擴延式的義理表現方式,以之向外開展與延伸。二、其次,以相待妙與絕待妙之義理,統貫於各面向之法義,形成開權顯實、開跡顯本,乃至開麤顯妙之辯證主軸與論證之主體。藉以轉化一切相待及不相融之教法,為一切皆妙之理。三、以「智者「三軌成乘」之中道圓頓範疇論證模式」之主軸,開展「三軌成乘」之義涵,透過圓教之「圓妙三法」為其根本形式之三重範疇化的義理概念,來詮釋與論證「中道實相」之內在底蘊。四、以「智者「覺意三昧」之中道圓頓觀」,論究智者於摩訶止觀思想上,最為看重之四種三昧中之「覺義三昧」之要義,進而開展出智者之中道圓頓思想,展現在圓頓觀法與禪觀之探究。五、以「智者「四句分別」之中道圓頓論證形式」,深入論證智者對於佛教特有之「表詮法」與「遮詮法」的應用方式,並以之開展出「中道實相」義的即肯定即否定之論證模式。
六、以「智者「中道圓頓」思想於詮釋學之意義與開展」之主題,展現為四種基本之辯證原理:(一)、「教門」即「觀門」之統整,(二)、「方便」即「實際」之會歸,(三)、「現象」即「本體」之融攝,(四)、「真空」即「妙有」之體用。此外,著者並引用傅偉勳之創造的詮釋學之論證方法,以重重深化轉進的辯證方式,分別從實謂、意謂、蘊謂、當謂、創謂等五重義理論證進路中,藉以開展出智者「中道圓頓」思想之深廣妙理。綜上而論,透過「中道實相」所蘊具之一門異解,及同體異義的多重面向的論證與詮釋,以開展出智者「中道實相」之擴延義、究竟義、與真實義。
