| Abstract | 西夏是1038—1227年存在的邊疆民族政權，它崇信佛教。黑水城西夏文獻的出土，為我們研究西夏學提供了豐富的材料。一個世紀以來，中國、俄羅斯、日本作為西夏學研究的三個大國，在西夏佛教研究方面作出了巨大貢獻。本文分兩個時間段對中外學者在20世紀西夏佛教研究方面的成果作簡要的介紹。
Xi Xia, a frontier national regime, existed in 1038-1227, believed in Buddhism. Xi Xia documents, unearthed in HeiShui City, provide us with rich materials to study on Xi Xia. Since one century, China, Russia and Japan, the three big countries of researching the study on Xi Xia, have been contributed greatly and made great progress in this aspect. In this essay, I will simply introduce the accomplishment of twenty-century Xi Xia Buddhism research by the scholars of China and foreign countries during two periods of time.
