| Abstract | 佛教美術在經歷南北朝時期的第一次高峰之后，在唐代由于統治者兼容并包的宗教政策，佛教在進一步發展的同時，本土化進程越來越快。在四川地區從初唐開始出現了一批人形化的天龍八部。 由于該批造像為四川地區相對于北方最為普遍的藝術形式，對其進行研究有利于了解四川主要造像地區之間的相互影響的關系以及同北方造像的關系。筆者在對廣元、巴中以及成都地區的實物資料進行收集和整理后，利用圖象比較的方法，對上述地區的造像進行風格分類。認為在初唐時期，有一種風格的造像風靡四川廣元、巴中、成都等地區，該時期的造像在排列順序，個體特征以及個別細節上存在千絲萬縷的聯系，應該屬于是同一種風格或是說同一部經典(造像粉本)的影響所致。初盛唐之交和盛唐時期另一種造像風格開始變化發展，而且又同時出現于上述三個地區。中晚唐時期的天龍八部造像僅僅主要分布在巴中和成都地區，巴中地區的中晚唐造像出現一些變化，結合北方石窟的一些示例筆者認為和北方對巴中的持續影響有關。而成都地區的造像也處于一種微妙變化中，一些龕窟中出現了奇特的造型和組合，筆者認為這種變化是該批造像持續本土化的過程。 在天龍八部為什么僅僅...
