Abstract「參」作為禪宗重要的方法論範疇，具有十分豐富而深刻的美學意蘊。禪門中人畢生的參禪悟道，就是力求一朝開悟，明心見性，見到自己的本來面目（內在生命）。而參禪悟道是一項需要長期實踐的踐行工夫，修行是手段，參禪是方法，悟道才是目的。禪門的遍參、久參、參驗等等，有著重要的方法論意義和啟示作用，它強調通過親身閱歷，親自體驗，加深審美感悟，不斷完善審美心理結構，以體悟宇宙人生和美的真諦。
