Abstract眾所週知，人類社會產生以來，不知有多少的宗教經過了緣起緣滅，組織崛起又解散，但到目前為止，被世界所公認的宗教還很少，主要原因是離開了戒律與教義。宗教要被人肯定，必須要有明確的圓滿教義與戒律，因為戒律的功用，不只是防止信徒的腐化，更要能夠增進大眾的福祉，促進社會的發展，否則會被社會所淘汰。每個宗教都有它自己的戒律，可佛教戒律與其他宗教的戒律是不大相同的，因為佛祖在人間親身體證。這樣，佛教的戒律是有其實踐性的。
