Abstract隨著我國經濟建設的突飛猛進，我國的佛教事業也得到了空前的發展。當前，中國的佛教寺院無論在規模、財力及在社會影響力方面部達到了前所未有的程度。然而，在組織管理方面卻存在著滯后和停止不前的現象，因此，在新形勢下，如何加強佛教寺院的組織建設成為一個非常重要的課題。為了我國佛教寺院的健康發展，下面就如何加強佛教寺院的組織建設作些探討。
