Abstract在儒家人性論實現由漢唐到宋明的形態轉化中,佛性論的影響起了重大作用。「佛性」一詞,在印度佛教中,原為表達世界本體屬性的範疇,佛教傳入中國後,漸漸進入心性論視域,但與儒家人性論終有重大差異,所以兩家常相辯難,《華嚴原人論》即是佛性論批判儒家人性論的典型論著。《華嚴原人論》詰難儒家以元氣解釋人生在世的具體形式,以天命為人生在世的究極原因,提出眾生「身本」為「一真靈性」。儒學精英們出入佛老,終於學會了其本體論思維方式,將其關注的倫常預設在「一真靈性」之中,使其變為「天命之性」,從而變佛教的詰責為儒學的批判,成為宋明理學興起的轉關旋紐。
