Abstract佛陀所闡揚的“四聖諦”，“八正道”側重於自身證悟，自我批評，斷除惡習的修行。所謂“自身證悟”，不是說有恆常的自身，有“我見，”“我執”，“我性”等等。而是用“我”這個世人習慣用的假名，去區別你，我，他。修行就是在你， 我，他的關系中去體會“四聖諦”，“八正道”。 所以佛陀說以下偈語：

“若羅漢比丘，漏盡持後身

亦說言有我，及說有我所。”

“說我漏已盡，亦不著我所，

善解世名字，平等假名說。”
