| Abstract | 企業以犧牲相關群體的利益來攫取最大利潤的經營方式直接造成了大規模裁員、直接排汙、圈地毀林、血汗工廠、兩極分化等社會問題，將原本應由企業完全或部分承擔的就業、環保、勞工、三農、慈善等社會責任推給了政府和社會。即使是完善的政府法規、強大的輿論壓力也只能從外界限制企業的這些行為，並不能使企業自願、自覺地承擔其社會責任。本文旨在通過將佛學緣起法則及其衍生的相關原理與具體案例相結合，嘗試說明企業的發展、企業家的命運與其相關群體的利益是榮辱與共、休戚相關的。 |
