Abstract流傳於中國,日本的兩大瑜伽行學派中,以真諦所傳的安慧唯識學較接近於世親的思想,而玄奘所傳的護法唯識學,則似乎有加以發揮創新的痕跡. 如在對《唯識三十頌》中的第十七頌,所提到「轉變」的解釋,安慧是以它來強調識的變異性,連續性. 但護法則將它說明唯識的二分形成. 再說,「對象分別皆是唯識」若能知一切法是分別所見,即住於「唯識」. 此時人沒概念和對象化的思惟出現,也就是心外無境. 因此,「唯識」在世親與安慧的看法裏,其實就是無心. 這點玄奘譯為無得.
