Abstract | In her examination of the common grounds that underlie modern religious movements in the Kathmandu Valley,the author explores the religious significance of the shrine of Mhepi Ajima, one of its most powerful religious sites of both Hindus and Buddhists, and the multiple identities of this goddess in Newar Buddhist religious methodology. |
