| Abstract | 在「中有大聞解脫」法門中，所述的三個「中有」，即「臨終中有」.「法性中有」與「受生中有」. 其所包括的生死過程如下:
1. 臨命終時的境界.
2. 氣絕後三日半至四日，兩次死光明出現. 這即是「臨終中有」的階段. 若於此時證入光明，即得法身成就.
3. 接著而來的是「法性中有」，為期14日，初七日見寂靜尊出現. 次七日見忿怒尊出現，若於任何一日得以證入本尊光明，皆可得報身成就.
4.「法性中有」時期過後，立即進入「受生中有」. 此時可修往生遷識，或遮閉胎門，得化身成就. 最後手段則為選擇胎門.
在《中有聞解脫》導引中，指導密乘行人如何修「生起次第」與「圓滿次第」來避免入胎; 復指導一般人如何認識生處 (六道的境界). 如何閉胎門，以至如何往生. 如何選擇胎門. |
