| Abstract | 清嘉慶十九年(1814年),以時任西藏地方政府攝政的第穆呼圖克圖濟美嘉措為首的部分噶廈政府官員,趁清廷更換駐藏大臣之機,制造了所謂的“駐藏大臣與達賴爭坐次案”。本文擬通過對事件始末的剖析,勾勒出這一問題的輪廓,以待有關方面的專家、學者進一步研究。
