Abstract自從始創于中國北方的禪學臨濟宗傳入南方以后，便很快發展成為南方禪學的主力。在這一發展過程中，“黃龍慧南及其門人既堅持臨濟義玄所傳承的禪學與美學思想的基本精神，又有自己的發展和創造，是禪宗美學史上值得重視的人物和宗派”。本文在總體闡述慧南及其門人形成“黃龍派”的時代、條件的基礎上，重點論述了“黃龍三關”作為一種新創立的教學方法本身的內涵和它在中國禪宗美學思想史上的重要意義。
