| Abstract | 本文認為，法治是日本政教關係的根本原則，運用法律管理宗教，處理政教關係，對使宗教界成社會穩因素具重要意義。同時指出，日本各政黨及諸种政治勢力大多注重謀求來自佛教教團的支持，而佛教各宗派也以直接建立政黨或准政治團體，推舉自己宗派候選人參加選舉，尋找黨派作為自己的代言人等方式參與政治事務。 |
