| Abstract | 道教內丹學，是道教成熟形態的系統修道體系，是在道教原有的修道理論和方術基礎上，吸收融合了佛教，尤其是禪宗的結果，內丹學與禪宗在修煉理論和方法上，存在著微妙的差距，與相通的可能性。本文從性命關係的角度，圍繞著丹、禪二家的相互批評，論述了丹道與禪宗的差異與相通，並提出作者獨到的見解與心得。
Taoism inner alchemy, with absorption from Buddhist Chan theory, has subtle difference and similarities with latter in theory and methods. This is explored in thesis focusing on the two school's mutual critics on the relationship between nature and life.
