| Abstract | 唐招提寺，是日本律宗總本山，也是南都（奈良）七大寺之一，別稱唐律招提寺。位於奈良市郊外五條叮，占地面積約七公頃。天平寶字三年（759）由我國唐代高僧鑒真和尚創建。一、鑒真和尚與日本律家西元九世紀以前，中國佛教各宗派相繼傳人日本，流行於上層社會，並形成了三論宗、法相宗、華嚴宗、律宗、成實宗、俱舍宗，史稱"奈良六宗"。因為當時奈良為國都，相對于平安時代（794－1192）的京城京（今京都），又稱"南部六宗"。
