Abstract佛教戒律和儒家禮製作為長期存在於中國的兩種社會約束 ,彼此在各個層面上同中有異 ,異中有同。這種現象 ,既是儒、佛諸家在中國社會中彼此能接近融匯 ,長期共存的基本底蘊 ,也是使中國古代的社會與政治因為有了幾種約束形式的互為補充相輔相成 ,盡可能地擴大了社會約束的覆蓋面 ,從而呈現較長期的穩定與凝固
