| Abstract | 雪頓節是西藏藏族的傳統節日之一。雪頓是藏語音譯,意為“酸奶宴會”。每年藏歷七月初舉行,節期五至七天不等。雪頓節最初為宗教節日,按藏傳佛教規定,每年藏歷六月十五日至七月三十日為僧人們的夏坐休沐期。在此期間,西藏格魯派大小寺院的僧人只能在寺院裏守持戒律,積德行善。不准外出活動,以免踏死小蟲犯殺生之戒。夏坐
